When my daughter started preschool, I took that opportunity to take a painting class. It was the first time I picked up a paint brush in years. Everyone else had a still life that they were recreating and all I wanted to do was to intuitively paint from my imagination. My teacher was very supportive and let me experiment. I believe this is what led me to start playing with watercolors and focus on fine art.
