It's Cool To Be Kind
You never know what someone else is going through.
Maybe the person next in line at the grocery store has just lost his or her job. Maybe the customer service representative on the phone has a family member who is sick. You can never know what someone else is going through and they can never know yours.
When someone is a little a little rude or seems distracted, instead of getting angry, try to be kind. Pay it forward and remember a time that a stranger made a kind gesture and how it made you feel. This mandala of my interpretation of the flower of life is a great reminder to always be kind. Hang it in your child's bedroom or dorm room, in your office or on the wall in your kitchen.
