Stressing Over Made Up Scenerios?

We all do it and we know we should stop...
If you are like me, you probably think of all the things that can go wrong in a situation. Or you stress over the outcomes that you have no control over. I have to remind myself to take a deep breath regularly and realize that the 99 scenerios that I made up in my head are not only unproductive, but unhealthy. Of course there are real things to worry about, life's not perfect in any way, but I think we imagine a million problems that just aren't there. So, today, (and every day), take a zen moment, take a deep breath and clear your mind. Say a morning mantra. I wear a bracelet every day from the company Zox that says, "Today I Will Not Worry". I start each day with that mantra as I put it on and then try to not to let my anxiety go off the rails by lunch!
